…
Bonne chance !!
I think you know I have a good experience in translating English to French (see my CD Songs and nursery rhymes from Great Britain, which I translated into French rhymes, and having to be able to sing them... This is an additional difficulty!) But in these recent months, I had much pleasure to translate French into English. But I admit ... it's really tiring! ☺
So I was delighted to get in touch with a professional translator who was looking for children stories to translate for his Master. It was really a very rich experience, our exchanges, discussions, sharing about our feelings on the subject.
Rowland translated "She and the gift of the tree” keeping the spirit and the rhymes... " Let’s celebrate spring” which will soon be available in English at Chouette éditions, as well as several other titles, I will speak to you about later. Meanwhile I wish to say a big thank you to Rowland for all these translations, and especially I wish him to have the best results for his Master’s degree!
Good luck!
